Very poor customer service. Instead of apologizing for their poor attitude they excuse it. Poor way of doing business. My opinion. Hopefully they treat others better. Good luck!
RecommendedEverybody there is amazing and nice. I love my results and keep coming back every time I slip up. I recommend them to everyone who asks me how I lost the weight.
I was totally floundering, trying all kinds of weight loss programs that were just not working. I went for a consultation just a month ago - I couldn't be happier. I travel a lot and Angela and Dr. Neumann have taken the time to coach me every time in order to make me successful. If I'm struggling while on the road, they are there for me to call or text. Best part is they teach you how to eat real food and change your habits for a lifetime!
The front desk lady was super nice, the service from everyone else was mediocre. Feels rushed, get conflicting information from different people who work there. When waiting to decide to keep on the same plan or adjust in 3 weeks at the recommendation of the doctor, they hit you with an extra $200 to stay on the plan, which would've been the same cost had you just done that plan from the start.
