I had a closing on March 23, 2018, I received my settlement statement and settlement check April 4, 2018, 12 days after closing. The paralegal failed to confirm mailing address and sent the package to an incorrect address. After attempts to confirm this, they would not accept the error and had me pay them additional money to re-issue a new settlement check and mail one overnight.
