Always such genuine and friendly service. This is one of London's best shops full stop. I have been lucky to have Simon take care of my bikes throughout the decade or more of owning a couple of Tokyobikes that still ride beautifully after all that time. Their bikes and other products are all aesthetically pleasing and functional.
