Great service, terrible product. Was my 3rd time coming here and all 3 times, bud was extremely dry and very poorly trimmed, had that home-grown smell. This was all their "top shelf 30%+" bud too, although the first 2 bags smoked more like a 15-20%, this last bag is barely smokable being mostly leaves and stems.

I had such a great experience at Tokyo Smoke today, thanks to the amazing manager! She was incredibly informative, warm, and welcoming. Plus, she smelled amazing—so I’m not sure where those odd comments about smell came from the above review, but that has never been my experience here. The store is always clean, and it’s clear the manager is both educated and genuinely hospitable. If there had been a tip jar, I definitely would have left one. Kudos to her for creating such a positive and professional atmosphere!
The store Never opens on time! Doors were locked this morning when sign said they should be open! The assistant manager is always late and the store smells really bad whenever she's there. management seriously needs to get their act together at this store
Unfortunately the product I was looking for was out of stock, however the Bud tender suggested a similar product that was on sale and I absolutely loved it! I ended up not only spending much less money than intended but also received a much better product than I initially intended to buy. It was a winwin
