Worst location in the city. Dirty and cost more than other Tokyo smoke locations
I bought a smoke buddy from this location but it’s a counterfeit. The you you get with it was wrong there was some inconsistency with the packaging it did look strange to me and we started using it and the filter is coming out of the smoke buddy and getting on my floor. Unless the company changed and these are new but this is the first time I’ve since this and have this happen to me. I will never recommend this place or come back
This is my go to smoke spot, the employees are so helpful and kind. They take the time to answer ANY questions. You’re greeted with a smile everytime, today I went in and didn’t have my glasses and the worker had offered to read out the flavours for me from behind the counter. I absolutely love this place
Usually I would never rate low. I love this location and all the people that work there are usually awesome too. But that’s why I’m surprised by my last visits with one consistent I think newer person. A few times in a row they are unclear about stuff, when I ask about deals she said none then while I was about to pay she was like oh we have 5g for $20 Im like okay i told you what I was looking for and why wasn’t I informed that I would have gotten that and I had to change my order.
