The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the owners themselves run the store on most days, giving great product recommendations that you wouldn’t find anywhere else in Cornwall. I always find something exciting to try here, and they also bring in my product requests within 2 weeks which I really appreciate. Zero selection. They don’t even do orders for this store anymore for y’all’s information. 25% to 35%markup over other stores such as (the OZ store, Cana, Pot of Gold etc) Owners are ignorant to the price needs of the community. Very unorganized, staff was friendly but oblivious as to how to handle online orders. Went in three times, first time they almost made me pay a second time because the staff didnt know how or if it was really paid for online (it said paid right on the receipt they printed) and still wasted over 15 minutes of my time waiting for them to call a manager to ask if they can let me go with my order I paid for.
