A decently-stocked store that is half lolita brand Baby The Stars Shine Bright, and half Japanese fashion reseller Tokyo Rebel. Being in the Lower East Side is your first clue that this store is not cheap, but they have quality items with unique style you'll struggle to find elsewhere in the city (or the country). The items aren't marked up much compared to the original Japanese prices, and they are actually cheaper than if you were to buy and ship the items from Japan yourself.
