Terrible company. Most expensive water I’ve ever had to pay in my life. And if you’re late, they’ll literally disconnect you with no warning and when you pay they’ll take a whole day to turn it back on. This happens so many times. Never had a water company be so inconsiderate of their customers.
Zero Stars should be an option Toho is the worse water company whatsoever and every time you ask for an exception it’s an excuse that you got to paid the bill and then they will help you out and that’s not the case at all you paid the bill and then request an exception base on their response and still another excuse that you still have to pay another balance so at this point why even having that on the website if you guys can’t never help out the community

Customer service takes to long to answer calls. Literally on hold for more than 30 minutes. Just to ask a 1 minute question. Seriously do better
