Worst customer service on the entire planet. They are lucky that they are a monopoly or else they would have 0 business. No help over the phone, their backflow department is a complete waste of time and are predatory. Threaten to cut off your water and don't ever respond when you try to solve the issue. $1043 water bill this month and nobody can tell me why and I’m being forced to pay $1000 for water this authority needs to be shut DOWN
They don't take payments here which is stupid. That's inconvenient if you ask me especially when you waste the little bit of gas that some of us can use.
