This review is overdue. I want to thank John the technician who serviced our home back in March of this year. He was professional, knowledgeable and made sure we had the all information needed to conserve water. He gave us tips on irrigation strategies to avoid water waste. He also answered questions about our toilets that constantly seemed to be streaming water. Detailed information we needed. Thank you again John

The worse company. The automated system does not work and you need to sit through45 minutes of Spanish to find this out. This is allowed because they are monopoly, so they can suck.
