This company is a nightmare. Nobody is living in the house since my son died. I go every now and then to check the home and they are charging me some ridiculous amounts of money. I cut the service and they call me saying that I had a high amount of water consumption. This blew up to the roof. Say what?? Are you kidding me this property doesn't even have service!!! I get it that they are a utility and there are a lot of negative reviews. I am a home owner and business owner with 3 total accounts with them. In my experience they have been wonderful to deal with. They respond quickly and professionally.

First off the phone service is the worst. If by a miracle you can get through to anyone. Or if the isn't disconnected. 2nd there auto pay sucks. It kicks you off the program with no notice. Then next month your bill is double with a fee. And going back to 1. If they answer the phone pray they don't hang up on you.

This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. No initiative taken, incorrect information on the back end, they make you call in for pretty much ANYTHING and provide little to no follow up at all. I will never own property in Osceola to avoid dealing with this company. I don’t blame the CSRs, most of them are kind ,working people.
