I scheduled an irrigation check-in and John came over to help. Being a homeowner is rough because you don’t know what you don’t know. Thankfully, John was able to help me get my irrigation schedule setup correctly and even took the time to explain to me how to do it, when to adjust it for the two seasons we have and was super kind about it. Much appreciations!
HORRIBLE wait times for customer service!
Need more employees. Very slow.
