T.W.C has been a light at the end of the tunnel.. Very obliging and helpful from the full reception staff to My home help thanks Sharryn, nothing is to much trouble .
TWC are probably not the best option for NDIS participants. The support workers Narelle, Nerissa, Lisa, Jenn and others were all wonderful. However in the two years I was with them I was never assisted to utilise my funding so I never understood how my plan might help my condition/s. My request for respite was continually denied. I was with TWC for both Plan Coordination and Support Services - without being made aware that this is considered by the NDIS to be a conflict of interest. Very reliable, lovely staff, great help via the phone if needed, I can't say anything negative about Together We Care. My mum is 91, she feels very comfortable with her choice in her care provider.
