I love this credit union! They have a friendly staff, lots of good programs, and convenient hours. I've dealt with 4 banks/credit unions in the recent past, and this is the best by far. Highly recommended.
Today wasn’t the best experience. I was not greeted when I walked in. She didn’t even look up but when I got close to her she said I’m busy hold on. I said something to her about never before have I not been greeted and she didn’t apologize she just said she was engrossed or something. Not the quality of customer service I’ve come to expect. She didn’t have a name tag but she had black hair and a coral colored shirt on.
