Exceptional Customer Service
"Heather" is no better!! I've already spent an hour trying to set up an online account so I can pay my car loan bill. She was no help. I need to enter my customer number, but my paper bill shows only the last 4 digits. I finally decided to drive to a branch location to try to get this sorted out!
I can't even get a human being on the phone anymore. They now force you to talk to a virtual assistant, which is ridiculous. Way to cheap out on customer service by forcing this AI slop on us. I'll be switching to a different credit union soon.
I’ve been banking with them for two years now, and they always go above and beyond on kind and efficient customer service. Thank you!
