Nick, Allyson & Terri were incredibly helpful when we came to sell our car & pay off the loan balance! The buyers were from out of town, here on a Saturday & running late but Nick, Allyson & Terri graciously stayed open after they closed until we could finalize everything & let the buyers take their new (gently used) car back home. I can’t thank them enough for all their kind & courteous help!!! I’ve been a member for years & will definitely be a Together Credit Union customer for life!!!!😁

Together Credit Union has dramatically improved the previous issues. They are more adequately staffed on most days, the lines are moving, and the tellers are professional and friendly. Occasionally, a customer will have issues and that can cause bottlenecks and delays.
All of my issues have not been resolved, despite the recent post from Together Credit Union stating that they were. I showed two reps how their ATMS are still unable to process multiple check deposits (mine was for three checks). I had to enter each check individually, and manually enter the check amount for each of the three checks. The machine's message under the check sorter states that the machine can handle up to 30 checks at a time. It cannot. It's as simple as that.
