Great service clean fast
We've been with Together for years, and we wanted to speak to a loan officer directly to understand the best home options for us. Apparently, there is only one person in the company you can speak with, and they don't work at this location. The lady at the desk was nice enough, but really, no one else can discuss loan options? Very disappointing
I opened up a rather large CD account a while back .The whole experience was very impersonable.The young man taking my info and setting up my account was clueless and talked under his breath the whole time and never made eye contact...NOT IMPRESSED,,luckily they were ,9 months CD's and I will move on next year
Banked at Together Credit Union a long while and before with previous acquisitions. Always had great service with my accounts and with two car loans. Twenty seven years total as a customer, however last two visits recently, the customer service at teller inside station and at the desk have been poor.
