If I could give 0 stars, I would this place absolutely sucks! I have been out here for over a month. Nobody answers a phone!! I was in line and there was 5 employees standing and sitting around So I called again while in line, and they completely ignored it. While saying they are short-staffed yet there were only two people in the building when I showed up. This has been happening all month long! Employees need to step up their game!! I'd go somewhere else but this is the only place that will cash it!
I have been a member with Together since 1999, and I will never leave. Not only does Together have outstanding loan / account options, but they also have outstanding reps / loan officers. I personally work with Jessica Scheetz at the Fenton branch and will ALWAYS use her for my financing needs. Not only is she super kind and sweet, but a total Rockstar in her loan origination. their atm never deposited my money and when reported my claim was denied. now having to rebuttal their denial for MY money. absolutely ridiculous. the people inside are always nice. just don’t use their atms!
