Be my fiancé just opened an account and a savings account here trying to pay our loan payment through their app through my bank so I talk to the lady and she was totally rude. Talk down on me. I wouldlike to say. I had a outstanding experience with Zack, I was having an Issue with a lean that stayed on the title after it was paid off. I was extremely upset , ready to tear the place down. And he worked with me and calm me down. he did everything too help me and Resolve the issue. I would choose another bank. I had a situation where an insurance company repeatedly withdrew funds for almost 9 months, even after signing the online documents to stop it over 6 times over a 7 months period. They continued to let the company withdrawal the money as of March 25 the 2025. My credit has been greatly affected by their inaction. The Credit Union, Allstate Insurance and the police do not care..sounds fishy but true. Don't use this bank,
I’ve been with this bank for about a year now and each and every time I get a check there is a hold now Before when I first got a account they held my check for 24 hours which I was told was gonna happen because it’s a new account and all but afterwords they have been holding my checks longer and longer it went from a 1 day hold to 2 to now 3 days and about to be 4 day hold every check I’ve had transactions go through that I never made put me in the negatives and the bank never told me I even was in the negatives from those ... read more
