On January 2, 2025 I went to together credit union to withdraw cash off my card. I walked in on my phone transferring money from one account to another and the guy bank teller states why is she just standing there and the female teller next to him laughs. That was very rude and unprofessional I would never come back!

Very disappointed. Have been with them over 8 years, have my paycheck, social security, and pension all Direct deposited. Giving the short version, when I needed them the most, they did NOT come through for me. I was scammed which was my fault, but when I wanted to cash a $43 check, the same check I had cashed for years, because my account was in the negative from the scam, they would not cash it for me. Refuses to cash or deposit a properly endorsed insurance check, even though all endorsees are members. Can't trust a financial institution that doesn't know how to accept checks.
