Already had a bad experience setting up payments on my car loan and getting support when I needed. Now that I've paid off my car, they continue to charge me and support tells me their auto pay doesn't cancel when the account is paid off. I've owned 7 cars and not once has this been the case. How as a bank do you get so much wrong???
Horrible experience - recently got a car loan through Together Credit Union, nothing but issue after issue. Trying to set up payment was frustrating after many attempts. I tried to call, but they never answered. It took me 2 days of calling to finally talk to a real person, and all they said was “ I’m not able to talk about payment information.” ??? Are you kidding me? Even after what I thought was them setting it up automatically it still says past due!!! Stay away from this place.
Originally, played a lot of phone tag with Vicky who told us we had to wait 30+ days to take care of a shared account matter that she said we would need to check back every 4 weeks to rectify - What a hassle! Came in the next day to discuss something different and Jamil who completely took care of everything right then & there, no waiting at all - what a relief! Makes me wonder what Vicky was up to!
