They literally never pick up the phone
Piece of crap bank literally, got transferred to four different people and neither knew nothing of my fraudulent dispute but was made 2 weeks ago. They are really ignorant which is sad.
I lost my welcome letter because it looks exactly like a statement. It turns out its the most important document of your life. You can't pay over the phone without your member number. Its not on your account on your website, even though the chat bots say it is. Customer support says it is too but they're clearly looking at a different website.
