Someone from the branch called me at 4:45 I called back 4 times within 10 minutes. Could never get through to someone. Guess when they close at 5 they stop answering the phones prior to 5. Also just purchased a car and used them for financing and they keep sending me emails/texts stating I need to provide proof of insurance or I will be charged, which I have numerous times.
