Someone from the branch called me at 4:45 I called back 4 times within 10 minutes. Could never get through to someone. Guess when they close at 5 they stop answering the phones prior to 5. Also just purchased a car and used them for financing and they keep sending me emails/texts stating I need to provide proof of insurance or I will be charged, which I have numerous times. Fast service by friendly folks
Called 30 times within an hour because I have a very time sensitive issue regarding a hold they put on a check FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY because they had "reasonable cause to doubt" that it'd be paid. Really? Its a check from an insurance agency to repair my house after a devastating storm! They DO NOT answer the phone. Dont even try it. Ive had better customer service at worse banks. And thats saying something.
Don't try and sell me on cards and loans and try to hook me into staying.
Andrew did an amazing job helping me out today! Went in to open an account and had a few questions. He was able to answer them all thoroughly and assist me in the account making process, along with navigating the app. Customer service was on par! Very happy I chose to move banks!
