9am on MONDAY July 28th. ONE teller working. Branches in the affluent white neighborhoods always have at least two or three. They don’t value the business of those with lower socioeconomic status or who are minorities.
Anytime I have to go to the branch, the people are amazing. But what’s the purpose of having a phone number when you literally never pick up the phone? It’s so frustrating.
Amazing people work here. When every other bank has made me feel like a burden for doing the simplest of things TCU has only shown kindness and has been so so helpful. So glad to switch to bank here instead.
Always a line of 4 or more people. Literally never more than one teller. This only occurs at branches in the minority community. In other communities, there are two to three tellers and never a line. Ridiculous.
