this place told me i am not supposed to cash my checks here, even though this is the only 'financial institution' i use.. they also never ever ever ever answer the phone. i called 20 times between 9-11 and got 0 answers, from both trying to reach the manager and trying to reach the normal line. very sad. This credit union knows how to steal your money... They are not user friendly. Their online systems are junk, and they're not helpful over the phone. So good luck if you travel or work out of state to get anything done. Their tellers say one thing and the system says another. I cannot stress enough to consumers- a warning to steer clear from doing business with this institution. They're either organized theives or they have SUCH a bad banking system that they leave their tellers with misinformation to pass on to their consum... read more
All I have to say is Rory is the best. She’s helped my family out tremendously. As my son said, it feels like family there.
