It was installed in just over two hours. Brackets holding mechanism to the roof are very sturdy and made of stainless steel. Optional motor operation is very smooth and quiet. It is a great addition to my deck. The only small gripe I would have is that the look of the brackets gives it an unfinished look on the roof. They are unpainted stainless. With that being said, the brackets are super sturdy and I am very satisfied with installation and performance and would recommend this product.
Our new awning is perfect and now we can use our deck in the summer! We love it and our installers from Overhead Door of Norwich were awesome.
