I had some technical issues with a Topeak Pressure Gauge. I reached out Todson and they were amazing at helping solve the problem. Really rare and exceptional customer service. It's no wonder brands like Topeak and Velox trust them to represent them in the U.S. Thanks guys!
Exceptional customer service! Charlie not only found the part I needed, a thru axle for my journeyman trailer, but sent it to first class, charged me zippo and I received it two days after our conversation. Bought a Joe Blow Sport II way back in 2013. It's worked great. Just recently the gauge stopped working. Emailed customer service last night and they called me bright and early this morning. Charlie was very responsive and helpful. Great company and customer support. Thanks!
