Jessica found every tight muscle and sore spot that needed attention and relieved the problem. She is experienced, professional and listens to your concerns. After over a hundred massages, this was the best. Highly recommended for a deep tissue massage.
Jessica is phenomenal! Great energy and a good environment. She let's me play the music that relaxes me. I sometimes fall asleep because I'm so comfortable
Highly recommend Jim for personal training! Worked with him for improving my health and fitness, conquered races and had a great experience. He would push me but understood my limits. Highly recommend you work with Jim on training.
Excellent instructors and massage therapists!
I’ve been doing Pilates and having the occasional massage at Todo Bien for more than a decade. The Pilates helped me build toward and recover from my first pregnancy and birth; and especially from the second, with twins. The core strengthening from regular lessons has helped me maintain through the last decade, even when that was my only exercise. This is a friendly, professional, creative studio, and I highly recommend it, and the owner, Jessica Spence, in particular.
