Working with Todd was the best experience I have had getting a mortgage. He shopped around to get us the best rate, was very knowledgeable, answered any questions promptly and was always available. As a first time home buyer, I felt pretty lost in navigating the real estate market. Todd made the ENTIRE process from start to finish extremely easy. Every single question I had- he was able to get an answer for promptly. Incredible service. Todd was thorough, honest, and helpful. He was detail oriented and always made sure that we had everything ready to go to be turned in. I appreciated that he double checked to see if we qualified for any assistance programs and made sure that we were getting the best rate from our lender. I highly recommend working with Todd.
