Working with Todd was the best experience I have had getting a mortgage. He shopped around to get us the best rate, was very knowledgeable, answered any questions promptly and was always available. He handled most of the documents and made what I needed to provide very clear and easy. I would highly recommend working with Todd to get a mortgage!!

As a first time home buyer, I felt pretty lost in navigating the real estate market. Todd made the ENTIRE process from start to finish extremely easy. Every single question I had- he was able to get an answer for promptly. Incredible service. Todd was thorough, honest, and helpful. He was detail oriented and always made sure that we had everything ready to go to be turned in. I appreciated that he double checked to see if we qualified for any assistance programs and made sure that we were getting the best rate from our lender. I highly recommend working with Todd.

Todd at Source One is a true master of his craft a real champion for the home buyer even in todays crazy market he was able to get us a great rate and showed up to closing himself to make sure all the T's had been crossed and the I's dotted. No-one knows the mortgage business like Todd Madden.-.NO-ONE. I/ we would highly recommend Todd Madden at Source One to any prospective home buyers! I can't say enough just how great he was to deal with- Todd Madden is to the Mortgage business what the pope is to the Catholic Church.
