Todd did a wonderful job updating my Trust. He is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. I would happily recommend him to anyone who needs a great Trust lawyer!!!
The trust documents contained serious omissions and were not structured properly for our needs (a complicated AB trust was not necessary). We used a different lawyer for a restatement.
Todd Litman and his team are terrific. We did our first ever trust with him in early 2000s. Working on our 2nd revision now. His expertise in this field is top notch. Prices are very fair given the level of service provided.
Todd is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was able to discuss concerns about my will with regard to my children and grandchildren. He listened and mentioned different ways to think about how we wanted our estate divided. His office is on Edinger by the 55 freeway.
