Informed me my complaint was “impossible” & blew me off….twice….still under dr care for what he said was “impossible”.
Absolutely LOVE him! He’s a got a unique personality but I at least quickly grew to love it. He’s a genuine Dr and really cares for his patients. He’s personal and still extremely professional. As someone who has had ear problems all their life I definitely struck gold when I got him as my ENT.
