Recently delt with Todd and Drake regarding getting some documents notarized last minute on short notice. They were able to get us in immediately, answered all questions and had the documents shipped out on our behalf. Would gladly work with them again.
Have been waiting several weeks for an explanation for a discrepancy in fees we paid vs. the final invoice. Have sent 3 separate people emails (probably 6-7 in total) about the issue and as soon as I bring up the money they stop responding. Editing to add: finally went in person after being ignored for over a month and received proper documentation. Thank you to Tasha for assisting and explaining everything. Leaving the review at 1 star for poor communication from the rest of the team I was dealing with.
Exceptional service, fast, fee for service was excellent, highly recommend this office, Chantelle handled our land purchase with professionalism and speed!! I’ve used other offices prior, this transaction was a third of the cost compared to my old office and handled fast!
