Excellent customer service! The individual who works the front desk is amazing. She opened the store back up for us at closing time to repair broken glasses. She took great care of us with the repair (and eventual replacement) of the glasses. I have been in this shop a few times and always have a great experience.
Great experience with Dr. Marin over the last few years. Really friendly and informative. I had some eye concerns once and he took time outside of regular business hours to give me advice and inform me about what was going on. Great service. Highly recommend. Dr. Marin goes over and beyond expectations! Frame selection is great for a locally owned, private practice. The opticians are helpful in helping you choose a frame and even looking up more options online.
