My sons pediatrician sent a referral for my son to be evaluated and treated in June. After no phone call to be scheduled I called and they said they never received the fax. It was sent over again and still no phone call. So I took it up there and not to my surprise there was no one in the front office. Someone took my information and I did receive a call the next day. I was totally dissapointed with the work of Mrs. Kelby Henkel. She was rude and impationt to my child. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
We have had a very positive experience with OT services in the Moore location. The admin folks are hard to get a hold of, though.
