Customer Service I have been using Today's Patio as a pool consultant/maintenance resource for a few years and recently had a situation that solidified my choice in using these folks. We had a pool cleaner that was under warranty and was taking more than a normal time to repair. Facts Only Info On My Transaction with them Facts: (1) two months ago, purchased an expensive chaise lounge for our patio and was assured our cushions and furniture would be delivered within three weeks; (2) never heard from them, so, in the 4th week, called and left message for salesperson, who never returned call; (3) in the 6th week, still hadn't heard from them, so called again and left message for salesperson who (again) never returned call; (4) called four days ago, spoke with woman who assured me that the sales rep. w... read more

best swimming pool store in phoenix I have been going to this store for pool products and pool service since 1997. The staff are very knowlegable in the products needed to keep your pool clean and proper chemical balance. In addition to chemical knowledge, the staff also is very familiar with the products they sell. Today's Patio, Tatum Blvd I have been purchasing pool supplies/chemicals and having my pool water tested at the tatum store for over 12 years. I live 20 minutes from this store, and 5 minutes from a Leslie's store. The personnel at Today's Pool (Linda & Justin), take the time to explain your pool needs, and show a genuine concern to help you. I never had that feeling at the Grayhawk Leslie's store, and would rather drive the extra miles to Tatum Blvd. I am geeted by name when I enter the Tatum store, and made to feel like a ... read more

Very disappointed, order never placed. – After shopping around and finally deciding on what umbrella I wanted to order for our pool deck, I was told that it would take 4 to 5 weeks. That seemed like a long time but I was willing to be patient to get what I really wanted. Today's Pool & Patio is a great pool place This place has everything you need. We have been there to get all kinds of supplies for our pool and they have some great patio barbecues and furniture as well. Nice place
