I attempted to attend an estate sale today with my family. We all had on face masks except my husband, who has a disability and a note from his doctor, which although not required to show anyone, he was willing to. According to the order in section iv. your employee violated my husband's rights by telling him he could not enter. Does your company treat all people with disabilities this way?

Perhaps I should have discussed the mask mandate in more depth with my employees, seeing as this happened on August 1st, the first day of the new mandate. It is my understanding, however, that while you mentioned the mandate to the staff member at the door, no offer was made to provide documentation of any kind. They have “concierge” service- a “personal shopper” is assigned to you and this shopper takes you from room to room and collects and carries any purchase you should decide to make.
