I own a preschool and I ordered a toddler table from this company and it came all broken up in 3 spots, the delivery company would not keep it, we tried to refuse it and they would not keep it. We were told they would pick it up when the new table came. So when the new table came the company would not take it back and the company wanted me to dump it, this table is a big table and I was not going to pay to have it dumped. THIS IS NOT A GOOD A PURCHASE FROM. AS A SCHOOL YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS....STAY AWAY....

Terrible customer service experience. Ordered a large Hann butcher block art table that, with shipping and install, was about $3,000. The shipping experience was so bad they changed shippers. Then their installer, who we paid to be here when the item was delivered tried to shirk that responsibility. They finally had a team come from New England (we're outside Philly). Pretty surprised by the other reviews, as I just received (Sunday Fed-X) a wood wall magazine rack and my purchase experience from start to finish was excellent and I'm not easily impressed. I dealt with 4 people starting with Rick and ending with Heather and everyone was professional and informative. I received my item in less than a week even though it was shipped from the mfg. Terrible attitude and not interested in providing additional information on products they sell. Exuded an air of 'I'll take your money but any problems are your responsibility, i.e. you pay return shipping plus restocking fee, etc. "Recommend finding a different supplier, you'll be better off.

I'm giving this site 2 stars because of prompt customer service response but otherwise, this company is abysmal and they use shady business tactics. I placed an order of a toddler table for four and took a screenshot of the order confirmation once the order had gone through, it specifically said FREE shipping, then I got an order confirmation email that said Shipping----$0.00. So I thought GREAT! The next day, I get an email from a guy named Rick saying that Shipping is actually going to cost $141.90...I emailed them back... read more

Do not order from today's classroom. I placed an order on July 5th. I followed up on July 13th a d was told that it hadn't shipped. I checked again on the 19th. On the 23rd, I was given a tracking number but it was not mine. On the 24th, I was given 2 more tracking to check. Neither were mine. At that point, I was told there was a mistake and that the order could be shipped in 3 days. The next day I received an email confirming my order. 5 days later and the order was still not shipped. Tables construction is ok. Delivery was abysmal. It took 5 months when the website advertised it would ship in 3 days. When they arrived 3 months after the order was placed, one was damage and had to be sent back. It took another 2 months to get it replaced.
