Drive thru, inside the bank-it doesn't matter. Cashing a check here takes quite a bit of time even when you're the only customer there. Most times they have to "get money out of the vault" to do this transaction. My other complaint is that they count my cash two or three times to make sure they get it right.
The staff was very attentive to my problem and resolved it right away with excellent customer service.
