It’s great that he wants to help but most of us can’t afford hundreds of dollars just to talk to him and hear that he won’t represent someone. Employees are having to represent themselves because they can’t afford to pay multiple consultation fees for attorneys just to be turned away.
Customer service seems to be subpar, like most cincinnati businesess. I received help from someone else.
