My first experience with RMT Ivonne was amazing from start to finish. Her remote, virtual concierge was welcoming, helpful, & accommodating especially with setting up my appointment. He answered my questions & assisted me with direct billing. Environment was calm & relaxing. Her approach & energy instantly put me at ease. I had an excellent experience with Ivonne. She is a highly skilled and professional Registered Massage Therapist. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. She took the time to understand my concerns, health history, and specific areas of tension. The massage itself was both therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing session with Ivonne. I loved her technique with the right amount of pressure. she shows tremendous care for her client. She helped me practice breathing in the beginning of the session, used towel to cover my head and warm towel to wipe my feet. I had a great experience and this will be my go to RMT from now on. Thank you Ivonne.
