The manners… lol not there. So rude about doing a job they’re paid to do, for the city at that. I was mid sentence explaining what my dilemma was and the lady hung up.
The woman I spoke to was not very nice, and actually hung up on me twice. My water was cut off and I needed to split up payment bc my bill was $280.00, not sure why it's so much, but can't afford all that at once. Now my water is off and she didn't call me back. Thx city! Grrrr!! Also, tell me why, online, it doesn't show what payments you've already made??
My water bill went from $22-$144. And I cannot get Toccoa water to return my calls to see if they have figured out the problem with my meter. I have called and I have gone down there to see them and there hasn’t been any help from anybody at the office or over the phone. If it was Their account I’m sure they would have already resolved it by now. I am very disappointed.
They sent you a bill via email and you can't pay it the day you receive it. How does this make sense? You log in and it shows a zero balance. You also can't schedule a payment date. If you make a payment, it processes the literal day you pay it. Terrible system that should be overhauled completely. Also, a couple of the ladies working in the utilities department need to be trained properly in customer service skills
