RecommendedThey are knowledgeable and helpful. The staff reviews each return multiple times to ensure there are no errors and that I have received the maximum refund possible. They process A LOT of returns, so it pays to get yours in early. My taxes are typically somewhat complicated, but if I get the info in by the end of January, they are done before the end of February. Sometimes in just a few weeks.
They need to clear their dog gone message machine so people can leave a message! What is up with not answering your phone??

I agree with Christi....I dropped my taxes off in April as well and I have not been able to get a hold of the office either. I call numerous times in a day and all I get is a voice recording saying his mailbox is full so you cant even leave a message. I contacted the State tax office and they informed me they haven't even received my taxes yet. What??? I would like a phone call myself directing us what we are suppose to do. My husband and I dropped or taxes off on April 8th and have had no contact with anyone from your office.(today is 6/13)We have called your office dozens of times. We can not leave a message because apparently you do not check them. We have been to your office and left a note on the door. Still no answer. We would appreciate a phone call with some answers.. thank you
