I have gotten doors from Toby's for many years while I was a PM. Always reliable. Always fair with cost.the lead time is alway far shorter than with other doir companies.
They installed a garage door opener we purchased from Home Depot. We were less than impressed. After a week, we hadn’t heard from them (Home Depot said we’d hear from them within 2 business days), so we called. We were told “that their customers were their priority, and that Home Depot installs would be worked in when they had time”. lol…right… you can’t make this stuff up! I recently visited this business twice, hoping to purchase a new door for my home. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. It seemed like they were only interested in questioning our decisions on dimensions even after letting them know that we are remodeling. During my first visit, the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me, offering minimal information and not inquiring about my specific needs. We had to replace a closet door, it's a shorter size than what home depot and lowes carry, tobys doors had it for more than half the price the big stores would charge to specialorder. They also switched the hardware over to the new door they sold us, which saved us money and time. The office lady and the workers were really nice and friendly. It's hard find businesses like this anymore. Thank you tobys doors!
Toby's Doors was great to work with. Affordable doors and great customer service. Although they were booked out for installation, they recommended Doors By Derek. He was absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with. Great communication, arrived on time, was courteous and did a great job. He was able to replace the entire door with minimal damage to our already cracking stucco. Highly recommend both companies.
