I can highly recommend Toby's work - he was excellent at challenging my mindset in a positive and proactive manner. I will return to Toby when I have challenges to face, as his perspective and guidance was very valuable. I'd have no hesitation recommending Toby!

I talked with Toby on a weekly basis for about a year. During this time we were able to work through childhood issues that I had previously decided not to address. Whilst our meetings were via Zoom I felt a quick and strong connection with Toby for which I’m sincerely grateful.

I initially contacted Toby to help me through a difficult period in my life, but the help he's provided over the past four years has gone way beyond that initial problem. It's not an understatement to say my whole life is better for having undertaking therapy with him. He is an excellent listener, supportive and gently highlights things I naturally have difficulty noticing. I too cannot believe the negative review below. It bears no resemblance at all to the person I know.

I’ve just come across a bad review and to say I’m shocked is an understatement. Toby was nothing but nice on the phone to me. He’s not here to just make money off people as he didn’t have space for me but made sure he gave me advice & pointed me in the right direction to get immediate help. Thankyou Toby & everyone ignore that review it’s not true!
