I recently used Tim Tobin Law Offices for a misdemeanor trial. Throughout the entire process Tim seemed to "blow smoke" more than anything. He spoke like someone who knew a lot but when time in court came Tim was a let down. He was more of a salesman than an attorney and cared mostly about just getting paid.
