Love the suits but their customer service is terrible. If u have any issues good luck getting ahold of them. Once they got your money its adios. Had a zipper self destruct on a almost new suit thats still otherwise flawless and cant get anybody to respond. If it wasnt the main zipper id just wear it but cant close it. $ down the drain i guess. Go with klim. U can at least just walk into a local store then and they have good service.
I've had a monosuit for 5 years and its still waterproof. Ive tried on different suits from other compaines. TOBE fit the best and had the features i wanted. My current suit is faded and ripped beyond repair now from woods riding and ice fishing in it. Ordered a new one and had a question. Customer service got back to me and answered my question in a timely manner. Will always support this company.
Drove downtown to find out this is corporate. Why don't you list dealers on your website so I don't waste my time
I can’t speak to the quality of their product either but based on the other review my experience isn’t surprising. Poor representation usually represents poor company values. I can speak to the fact that this company has little regard for the safety of people around them on the road also. The driver of their truck that they use to pull the trailer apparently had a bad case of road rage after I honked the horn to let them know I was directly beside them in the lane they were trying to enter. Emily in customer service department provided clear concise and timely help when I had a minor issue with one of their jackets. Which I love! The sympatex material keeps me dry on the wettest and deepest days. Great fit. Functional design plenty of pockets right where you need them and a hood large enough to fit over a helmet. Big thanks to Emily and the rest of the TOBE team!
