Best customer service in the fishing industry in my opinion. They return messages promptly and honor warranties. Love their Rods and other products, I'm definitely will be a life long fan
Does this company even check the support email address given to customers? I have emailed requesting a return shipping label 4 times between June 29, 2024 - July 6, 2024 and received one automated response. I am an online shopper and this company has the worst service and process I’ve ever experienced. Don’t spend your time or money buying from this company.
Overpriced basic stuff. Bought one of their premium priced rods. They snap the first time out. The replacement snapped first time out on the 3rd cast (actually snapped on the cast) Now they want to replace it for half price. Their folding filled knife fell apart at the hinge after a couple fish. Shrimp de sheller blade fell off... If seems everything they sell is junk.
