I use a Toadfish reel and rod, but the reel handle fell off and got lost while I was moving with the gear on a cart. I contacted Toadfish headquarters, but they said the part wasn't available. After exchanging several emails, the issue was finally resolved. I wasn't happy at first, but things ended well. Thank you. However, I think you should be aware of the issue with the reel handle coming loose; several people I know have had the same experience.
Their customer service is non-existent. Contacted them 4 times, once via the phone, once via text and twice via email with simple questions about fishing equipment. No one has ever bothered to respond. The epitome of arrogance.
