I highly recommend To Wheels. Great friendly customer service. Great expertise in bikes and bike gear. One stop shopping. They are not pushy to make a sale or over-sell you. They go out of their way to help you. It's fun just to visit and look around. Leo and Sheri were very helpful to me!
Helpful and friendly. Had some questions and they were helpful in talking them through over the phone.
Mixed feelings on the place. Been cycling over 20 years and have been in and out of this shop several times. I find the main floor and the staff are overal okay and the selection is great. Upper level were there is more of the BMX and Downhill Stuff, Really arrogant and hard to deal with.

Few years back, i took my bike here for one of their top maintenance packages. Paid around 170, and didn't notice any difference... It still had chain slap, slippage and an adjustment issue with the front 3cog derailer. What i did notice is that none of my gears or chain were actually cleaned. Like I paid almost 200 bucks just for them to spray it with soap.. I wouldn't take my child's tricycle here. 100% over priced for the services asked. Watch a YouTube, get your own parts and save 99% of the money you'd spend here......
