Super friendly and helpful staff. I brought in a crank arm & pedal from an exercise bike that was not standard at all for advice on possible replacement or repair, and the team there was able to re-tap it and fix the pedal after multiple other shops in the city just told us to buy a new bike.

I ordered the wrong size frame online. Even though the bike I ordered online was no longer available in the correct size, Sheri was somehow able to track one down and get it shipped to London. Excellent shop. Have bought a bike, couple pairs of shoes and accessories. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Andrew and Brandon are particularly great. In general they sell higher-end stuff - great quality.
