I ordered the wrong size frame online. Even though the bike I ordered online was no longer available in the correct size, Sheri was somehow able to track one down and get it shipped to London. I can't thank her enough as I love this bike. This is the type of top-shelf customer service that you rarely receive nowadays. Please give her a raise. Thank you Sheri/To Wheels!
Excellent shop. Have bought a bike, couple pairs of shoes and accessories. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Andrew and Brandon are particularly great. In general they sell higher-end stuff - great quality.
The experience and knowledge of the staff is top notch. Dealt with Andrew and Leo, several times, over the past month and can't say enough good things about their service. A welcoming and friendly environment for someone who is trying to expand their knowledge and joy of riding.
So far my experience has been very positive. Nice staff, friendly and helpful service. I am looking forward to enjoying my new bike. Update: Service has continued to be Steller! I highly recommend ToWheels for your Cycle purchases and services.
I had a great experience this morning working with the guys on all the random things I wanted to buy… that I remembered as I was going through. Came in for one thing, left with four lol Very helpful and patient. Great store.
