I had an excellent experience with this transport company. Their team was incredibly helpful and polite from start to finish. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time and without any issues. It’s rare these days to find a company that is so reliable and professional. Highly recommended!

Worst service around. Held onto a parcel for a week at their Taree depot without calling. Said its "outside" their delivery area. My number was on the outside of the box, would it be that hard to pickup the phone and at least call.

I wont ever use this company ever again, ive paid good money to have car parts delivered and they said 2 days its been 3 weeks and still nothing customer service is useless and dont care, its just bad service all the way around but highly priced, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better company that cares about there company reputation and customers as tnt dosnt its all about the money and dont care about there customers whether they get there shipment on time or not finally they did deliver the parts I needed
