The women at this establishment are friendly and very informative when it comes to making a purchase. I love that store.
I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. I purchased a sofa from them months ago and apparently it has been on back order due to corona which is fine and dandy however not once have they called to update me on the status of my order each time it gets pushed back and when I call them I get attitude and horrible, awful, atrocious customer service. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at TNT. Patty was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in finding our new mattress.
They don't deserve even one star. They kept $500 of my friend's money after giving her the runaround for a year. They called her ignorant multiple times and accused her of embezzlement when she requested a refund. I had considered purchasing from them until I heard it all myself from Travis' own mouth. Worst experience ever. They should be ashamed for their actions while claiming to be Christians.
