Your specialists in personal training, functional training and conditioning as well as offering over 40 fitness classes per week, sunbeds, therapy and diet / advice. Also the home of TNT Fitness clothing, activewear and workwear all created in our very own in house design and print studio. Not just a gym but a community.

TNT @ Belmont House, Guisborough is a superb gym. Loads of great equipment, plenty of classes and attentive staff. Friendly inclusive vibe. Great parking facilities too. In all my 30 years of training this has to be the best gym I have attended. Well done Neil and Ed!
Has everything you really need. Up to date equipment, Good atmosphere, it’s quiet so there’s no real wait for machines. They also have a gym dog! 🐕
Charlie was a very motivational coach, who built our confidence as well as improving our fitness levels. Lots of fun as well as hard work along the way!
