Anticipating a great 250 year, 4th of July celebration, as well as a family anniversary on the 4th of July. Purchased $800 worth of fireworks. Had exceptional help from several very pleasant and seemingly well informed young folks. Also appreciated help with the coupons and freebies. Also appreciate the online tools in sequencing my show.
We've been going here for a few years and they're always well organized, clean, and have staff on hand to be helpful. Beyond that, this year I felt that they went above and beyond with a specific customer service "issue." This year the company started offering online gift cards, which my friend and I both purchased. There was an issue with the credit card processor and my gift card got messed up. The store manager David was fantastic throughout the whole experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Noah was very helpful and took time to answer any questions about the fireworks we were looking at. The store is clean and well organized. The larger stores can be overwhelming.
