Leaving 2 stars only because the staff was friendly. Went in there for belt replacement and alignment, they told me the button to start the was wasn't working so I told them it get stuck and just needs to be cleaned, she told me that's working fine now AND THEN told me that the lid lock needs replacement, I told them no because its working just fine before we dropped it off. So the 65 bucks turned into almost 200 bucks, I told my husband to just pick up the wash and dryer and we can replace them. Just do it yourself, its che... read more
