Very bad service I had Tnext service & was dealing with Jathu, it was very good at the time. I moved & got bell as provider because they were able to provide the top connection for my house. I finally canceled my service with bell and was shopping around for internet. As a tamil person, i wanted to give business to a tamil community, its been 2 days i have been calling them ( about 6-7 times ). When I was using TNEXT internet service, things for the most part went well. Technical support was a little slow at times, but overall it was fine. They stayed consistent with their monthly fee for the entire time I was with them, which was a key factor for me. (The bigger companies would get me to agree on a contract, only to jack the fee shortly after I signed it.) I had some changes in my life and the time came to shut down my TNEXT account. I am pleased with the quality of your services. The internet speed has been reliable, and I appreciate the consistent connectivity I receive both at home and on the go with your mobile network. Have been able to get issues fixed right away. I’d 100% recommend TNEXT to anyone looking out for great quality service.
