Very bad services, not professional at all, didn’t know process for take out documents, really bad. Not recommended
One of the assistants explains things very poorly, and also does not know how to deal with a future client. They give me a phone appointment for October 22nd, after that, another accountant contacted me to give me a more reasonable date. After cancelling an appointment, she responded to me on WhatsApp in a very bad manner. In addition, they believe they have the right to impose fines for cancelling a Phone appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment date.
Worst tax accounting service ever. I only put 1 star because there isn't the option to leave 0 stars. They are not professional at all. Every time you want to speak with them, they always say they are so busy. Like, they are the only tax agents in Australia. In addition they never answer to your calls. Honestly, just a wasting of time and money. I definitely not recommend TND Tax to anyone.
