The quality of service has decreased considerably. Dante, who was very professional and helpful in the past, no longer works alone. Now, Katherine Suárez provides this service, and she is rude and completely unhelpful. If you happen to have her, don't use her services; you'll regret it.
Accounting services have declined a lot in the last couple of years. I had been with them for over six years, but the lack of communication and the increase in rudeness made me quit.
Very bad services, not professional at all, didn’t know process for take out documents, really bad. Not recommended
One of the assistants explains things very poorly, and also does not know how to deal with a future client. They give me a phone appointment for October 22nd, after that, another accountant contacted me to give me a more reasonable date. After cancelling an appointment, she responded to me on WhatsApp in a very bad manner. In addition, they believe they have the right to impose fines for cancelling a Phone appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment date.
