I started going to Dr. Borgardt after a coworker lost weight being one of his patients. First, I go to his office when he is in the bay area, but most of my appointments are by phone (I would even drive to southern California to have an appointment with him)! His staff is very friendly and always helpful. Dr. Borgardt has, over the time I have been his patient, has adjusted my medications and now, 40 pounds lighter, I can't wait for summer! Nice staff, but are extremely strict on Covid practices. I had to cancel my appointment because I’m a single mother with no help and they refused to allow my 6 month old to accompany me to the appointment. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing.
