Love seeing these trucks pull up in my yard, it has been such a relief to work with TMS and know the job is always getting done on time. Saved my company a lot of time and energy and was able to use them for our in house logistics.
Been in business for many years and in all my years have never experienced communication on this level, with 24/7 dispatches.
i am not sure what is wrong with this brokers, but every times we call to get details they always tell us it's a bad load or mispost even if it's a same day load or 3 day's in advance load, we asked if there is a reason or if they don't wanna use us, but they are telling us "there is absolutely no reason why they can't use your company"
