Booked a load with a Friday delivery of noon in Butner, NC. When the driver got to the receiver, he was told the appointment was actually for 730pm. Advised the broker and they said they were "looking in to it" Never heard back from them on Friday, after several attempts to reach them by email and phone I finally got a response back on Monday and they sent over 3 hours of detention pay.
